Services

Ramesh Singh Web provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC campaign management, content strategy, and conversion optimization. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely approvals required to execute the agreed scope.
• Maintain ownership of your accounts, domains, and hosting. Grant access only through official access methods (invitations / roles).
• Do not share passwords through website forms. Use secure access invitations wherever possible.

Payment

Fees, billing schedule, and payment method are defined in the proposal or invoice. Work begins after the agreed initial payment (if any) is received.

Performance

Marketing outcomes can vary due to competition, market conditions, website quality, and budget. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or sales. We commit to professional best practices and transparent reporting for the agreed scope.

Intellectual property

Client-provided assets remain the client’s property. Work outputs (campaign structure, content outlines, recommendations) are provided for your use once payments are up to date.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver services. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or legally required to be disclosed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramesh Singh Web is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any completed work up to the termination date is billable. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms to keep them accurate. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
