We are an independent digital marketing and SEO services provider and are not affiliated with any third‑party platforms or brands.

Refund eligibility

• Setup fees for work that has already started are not refundable.
• Monthly management fees are refundable only for the unused portion of the billing period when services are canceled in writing.
• Third-party costs (tools, ad spend, hosting, domains, payment processing fees) are not refundable because they are billed by external providers.

How to request a refund

Email support@rameshsinghweb.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• Your full name and email used for the order
• Invoice number (if available)
• Reason for the request

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

Cancellation

To cancel a recurring service, email us before the next billing date. If cancellation is received after work for the new period has started, the unused portion may be considered based on the work completed.
